The Apartment house is located in the residential suburban area of Poreč Špadići, just 250m from the beach and 1500m from the centre of Poreč. The house has been completely renovated in the year 2012 and has in total 3 apartments located at the ground, and the 1st floor. Located on a private ground, the house offers to its guests a well maintained garden with barbecue and a table for 6-8 persons.
