Apartman Bruno nalazi se u rezidencijalnom dijelu grada Zadra na Puntamici (Borik) u okviru objekta sa šest stanova. Apartman se nalazi na drugom katu zgrade, a velika terasa na trećem katu iznad apartmana. U klimatiziranom apartmanu gostima su na raspolaganju veliki dnevni boravak s blagovaonicom i potpuno namještenom kuhinjom, dvije klimatizirane spavaće sobe s velikim krevetima, kupaonica s tuš kadom i perilicom za rublje, dodatni toalet. Gostima su na raspolaganju besplatni bežični pristup internetu i dva TV-a sa satelitskim programima. Dostupna su i dva besplatna privatna parkirališta. U sklopu apartmana su namješteni balkon te velika krovna terasa (plus 63 m2) s jacuzzi-em za pet osoba, za sunčanje i uživanje s pogledom na najljepši zalazak sunca. S terase se pruža predivan pogled na otoke Zadarskog arhipelaga te na Velebit. U povijesnoj jezgri grada Zadra, na poluotoku, udaljenoj 1,5 km, moguće je vidjeti jedinstvene instalacije Morske orgulje i Pozdrav Suncu, muzeje, šetnice uz more i bedemima grada. Zadarska zračna luka nalazi se na 12 km od objekta.
