Property information

This luxury villa on 3 floors with jacuzzi was not originally intended for renting, ussuly for personal use, we built it with great attention to detail ;-) We are a creative and committed team from Germany who built the house on the Adriatic coast in 2023. The house contains mostly furniture from Germany! We look forward to seeing you

Neighbourhood information

One of the most famous tourist centers in the ​​central Dalmatia is the town of Vodice. This picturesque Dalmatian town became famous mainly due to variety of tourist offers, liveliness and kindness of its hosts. There are certainly many beaches in Vodice, which are full of facilities for children, sports activities and entertainment. We recommend beaches "Plava plaža" (winner of the Blue Flag for the cleanliness of the sea and its arrangement) and "Hangar" beach. In the vicinity of Vodice there is also the hill "Okit" from which you can see the island of Prvić and the rich archipelago around it. Vodice is also an ideal starting point for trips to Šibenik, Split, Krka and Kornati national parks.
