The building is located in Split. It has: 2 balconies, WC, 2 bedrooms, kitchen and a living room which has movable bed. From balcony(South one) you can see: big garden with fruit and vegetable, near garden there is a barbecue which is free to use .On balcony there is a desk with 4 chairs. From the other balcony u can see: mountain Kozjak and a park. The building which is air-conditioned also has washing machine and dishwasher. Also object has garage and wi-fi which are included in the price. Object has Satellite television too.

I'm yoyful person who is always at your service.

This quart is very special because it's close to literally everything but it's also a peaceful place. The closest beach (Žnjan) is 1 Km away from the object. There are a lot of shopping centers: A) Mall of Split->0.5 Km away from the object B) City Center one-> 0.7 Km away from the object Mcdonalds is close to object too (0,2 Km), supermarket tommy and caffe bar "Reklama" are just a few steps away from the object. Mountain Kozjak is 1.5 Km away from the object. Diocletian's Palace is 3.7 km away from the object.
