The building has 3 units . Some of the many advantages are private parking , close to shops , close to the beach , as well as proximity to the city center ( 15-20 minutes walking ) . We are located in a quiet area . All units are equipped with air conditioning and WIFI .
Our neighborhood is known as a very quiet and peaceful, although close to the center . It is known for its beautiful , clean beaches , suitable for children , but also the content for young people looking for fun.
