The attic apartment is designed in an open-space concept kitchen, dining room and living room with private bedroom and bathroom. The apartment is fully equipped for comfortable stay for 4 persons (including adults and children) and has its own heating and air conditioning. The living room is equipped with flat screen TV with approx. 100 channels and HBO on demand service (number of Series and Movies) and there is also flat TV in the bedroom with local channels, an Blu Ray player and selection of Movies. The apartment is located in a quiet part of town only 5 minutes to public transport. There are 6 tram stops from the city center or 35 minutes walk to the main square. Tram number 12 will take you directly to the main square (6 stations away), tram number 9 will take you to the Grand Central station on Zrinjevac park (5 stations away or 30 minutes walk (passing the Botanical garden (4th station). Nearby (200 meters) is a large open market with fresh fruit and vegetables, various shops, fish market, bakeries and cafes and in only 100 meters there is a Mini Market (convenience store) with all the necessary basics.
