We choose Zadar to have an apartment due to its great position and connections. The roof terrace and a stunning view was crucial for our decision to buy the apartment and we had a vision how to make it even more fabulous.
My name is Diana and I live in Zagreb with my husband Damir and a little daughter. We owe a company Janus PIM d.o.o. for management training. Besides Zaralux apartment in Zadar, we have an apartment in Zagreb, in proximity of Jarun lake.
Quarter Visnjik is residential quarter with new buildings and facilities and in very proximity of city center. But it also have the advantage not to be in historical center since it is much more quiet and there is no rush.
