Our luxury 5 star apartments are located in the newly built complex right by the sea. In total we have 11 accommodation units, 4 two bedroom apartments, 1 studio apartment and 6 rooms. Most of the units offer breathtaking sea view, peace and serenity for your vacation, together with the modern design and highest quality furniture and beds. As the Villas Baotic are located near our Marina Baotić, for our Villas Baotić guests, who are going to use the services of the Marina Baotić, such as pizzeria, restaurant, gym (included) ... the transport from the Villas Baotić to the Marina Baotić and back is free of charge.
