It is nice and safe neighbourhood. Just across the street there is mini supermarket open daily (also on Sun 7-14 h), bank and bankomat. 50 m from the house there is a pharmacy.
We have a rent a bike service next to the house. This is nice area for biking and hiking as Parenzana trail is passing 150 m from the house.
There are 3 wineries within 200-500 m, where you can have wine tastings and buy local wine.
