From the living / dining room you can enjoy the fantastic view of the sea. The top floor apartment has a unique sea view and is very tastefully decorated. The apartment is divided into a cozy living / dining room with kitchen and access to a 9 m² balcony, two bedrooms and a modern bathroom. From the living / dining room you can enjoy the fantastic view of the sea. Because of the low attic there is no headroom in the bedrooms. Air condition in both apartments is included in the price. A grill and a shared terrace are on the ground floor of the house. There are up to three parking spaces on the property of the house, as well as loungers and an outdoor shower at the shared pool available. Owner lives in the same house. Washing machine is available at the owner for a fee. Pets are not allowed
