Sanctus Petrus in Valle or Supetarska Draga is located on the northwestern part of the island of Rab. The name originated from the monastery of St. Peter in Draža when priests moved to the middle of the spacious valley in 1059 and founded an abbey. The Croatian king Petar Krešimir himself confirmed the foundation document. The most picturesque and attractive part of the island of Rab is located right near Supetarska Draga - a sandy bay, three islets (Maman, Sridnjak, Šailovac) and the Gonar peninsula. If you decide to go on a trip to one of the islands, which we definitely recommend, bring enough food and drinks because there is nothing there but sun, sea and sand.
