It is build to be house with apartments, to enjoy summer time. That is why you can rent it only during summer season. Nevertheless, our family and friends are using it for gatherings and enjoy during winter. We are now for more then fifteen years on market for renting. Although there were breakthrough investments in past, continuous improvement of house, furniture, surrounding and facilities takes place every year. So, for year 2019, we installed children playground in backyard, fenced for children safety. View is possible from balconies of all apartments. Even adults like to spend time in this playground. We improve parking entrance, to became even easier for non-experience driver to enter it. And some improvements are planned for next year...

I am putting so much energy and time in this house on daily basis, partly that I am widow, and that my children moved away. But nevertheless, I am not living in this house, and therefore leaving to guests full freedom. I am just five minutes away, so, I can come in any moment, or send somebody near to check your needs. I am waiting for guests and introducing apartments. And my friends are helping me with everything that I cant do immediately.

Quiet area with houses partly for tourism like our is. You can enjoy in smaller nearest beach in shallow, or you can walk to bigger beaches, with cafe bars, playgrounds or restaurants. Whole area, 4 km in shoreline, is full of different beaches and facilities. Just 10 m away, in next house, you can rent a bike, and only 300 m away you can rent a sea scooter, scooter or even water "iron man". And every year there is something new in neighborhood.
