Building is located in a perfect location, only 50m from tourist center and 100m from sandy beach. Guests have only one parking place per apartment provided, in a small garage with a 230cm wide and high door. NO ELEVATOR. Two apartments are on the second floor, and two apartments are on the third floor. ***AIR-CONDITION IS IN LIVING ROOM, BEDROOMS DONT HAVE AIR-CONDITION***
