Centar grada Novigrada u Istri (poznat i kao Novigrad – Cittanova) odiše pravim istarskim šarmom. To je slikoviti stari grad smješten na malom poluotoku, s uskim kamenim uličicama, povijesnim zidinama i pogledom na kristalno Jadransko more.
U središtu se nalaze gradske zidine, župna crkva sv. Pelagija i sv. Maksima s prepoznatljivim zvonikom, te niz malih restorana, konoba i galerija. U večernjim satima centar oživi – uz miris mora, glazbu i laganu ljetnu atmosferu.
