Hi there! We're Sanja and Ivan, a married couple who, way back in 2007, decided to try our luck in the world of tourism – while still juggling our regular jobs (and coffee habits). We started building this house in 2018 and took our sweet time to make it modern, smart, cozy, and guest-ready – whether you're a beach lover or a bookworm. Each apartment was set up as if we were going to live in it ourselves – thoughtfully furnished, fully equipped, and cleaner than your grandma’s Sunday table. Our goal? To offer you exactly what we look for when we travel: comfort, smart features, and that “I don’t want to go home yet” feeling. We live in the house, so we're always around if you need anything. We speak English and Italian fluently, and our German is... under construction, but we’ll smile, nod, and Google Translate like pros 😄 We can’t wait to welcome you and hope you’ll feel right at home – or even better!We are looking forward to your arrival :)

Location – just where you need it Our apartments are located in a quiet, dead-end street – no traffic, no noise, no stress. Just peace, shade, and a great starting point for everything nearby. The nearest beach, the popular Šahovska beach, is just a 7-minute walk away (yes, we timed it – even in flip-flops). The center of Crikvenica is about 10 minutes on foot, and walking back uphill from the beach? Let’s be honest – that’s more like 10 minutes and a few deep breaths 😅 But hey – we do it regularly, with two small kids, a beach tent, snacks, towels, and 27 other “just in case” items – and we survive. Sometimes we even enjoy it! Crikvenica is charming and walkable, but parking can be a challenge. There are three big public parking lots downtown, but they fill up fast. So we always suggest: kick scooter, bicycle, or the good old-fashioned stroll. Just 3 minutes down the street, there’s a great local restaurant (amazing food, even better view), and in the center you'll find everything from bakeries, gelato shops and pizzerias to cozy bars and seafood restaurants. And when the sun sets – Crikvenica comes to life! Concerts, fairs, and fun events all summer long.
