The fully air-conditioned house consists of four bedrooms, four bathrooms, a separate toilet, a kitchen with dining area, a living room and a luxuriously decorated outdoor area. All bathrooms have underfloor heating. The space is spread over two floors, the ground floor and the first floor. The ground floor with access to the pool and terrace consists of a fully equipped kitchen, dining room, cosy living room, bathroom, sauna and small fitness room. From the living room, kitchen and gym you have direct access to the pool with sea views. The first floor is accessible via an internal and external staircase. There are four bedrooms, three bathrooms and two balconies overlooking the sea. Each room has its own safe, satellite TV and air conditioning and 3 of the 4 bedrooms have en-suite bathrooms. There is also a TV with satellite reception in the living room and the fitness room. The outdoor area consists of a children's playground behind the house, a covered outdoor kitchen with barbecue and a beautiful pool overlooking the sea.
