In addition to its antique traditional construction appearance, there are lot of historical details (e.g. old iron, original SINGER sewing machine, petroleum lamp and old heater - all dating from early 20th century).
Those historical items are combined with modern amenities which creates relaxing and inspiring ambient.

This is nice, pleasant and friendly neighborhood. It is pretty quiet but yet, it takes only 8 min walk (600m) to vivid city center with restaurants, club and winery with live music very often.
