Casa Amando has been completely renovated in 2017 and we continuously invest in improvements and maintenance. We want our guests to feel at home with good friends. Thus we only provide recommendations that we have tested personally beforehand.

Casa Amando is an ECO CERTIFIED Boutique House in Rovinj in a completely renovated historical stone house with a stylish interior & modern comfort. IMPORTANT INFORMATION: → Casa Amando Boutique House is not a hotel: Please note that we offer self check-in only. Please register online with your passport/ID data in time to recieve the access pin code. See instructions in the booking-confirmation mail. → Accessibility & Pickup Service: Our house is located in the Old Town of Rovinj, a pedestrian-only area with cobblestone streets, which can be challenging for individuals with reduced mobility. While there is a paved ramp leading to the property, the entrance includes a step down that must be overcome to enter the house. There is no elevator within the property, pathways within the property are not designed to accommodate wheelchair use and no wheelchair access to the upper floors is available. Therefore we partner with SUNNY TO GO to offer a pick-up service. Costs: 15 EUR one way, payable directly to the driver. Working hours: 07:30 - 12:00 and 14:00 - 21:00 → We have a central water purification and softening system! You can drink our tap water without any concerns. Please avoid bringing plastic bottles. → Eco-friendly house: Please help us to avoid plastic, separate waste, and to use energy and water consciously. → NO DAILY CLEANING, towel change upon request, beach towels are provided free of charge. About Casa Amando: → 2 apartments with partial sea views, private bathroom, and kitchenette. → 3 double rooms with private bathrooms. → Fully equipped communal kitchen on the ground floor - premium organic coffee, milk, and tea included. Guests are welcome to prepare their own breakfast and meals. Breakfast not included in the price, giving our guests the flexibility to choose. → Casa Amando is ideal for groups of 10-14 people, small families, design lovers, and aesthetes.
