Welcome to our charming vacation house in Sveti Ivan, a peaceful and picturesque village just 2km away from the heart of Malinska on the beautiful Island of Krk. Our house is ideal for families or small groups of up to 5 people who want to enjoy a comfortable and relaxing holiday in a tranquil setting. Our vacation house features two bedrooms, a fully equipped kitchen and a bathroom with a bathtub, a cozy living room, and a private, spacious covered terrace with brick grill, all set in the countryside surrounding. The terrace offers outdoor dining and seating areas, as well as hammocks to maximize your relaxation moments! The first bedroom is furnished with a comfortable double bed and the second bedroom has one single bed, making it perfect for families. There is also a sofa bed in the living room for max. two additional guests. The kitchen is fully equipped with a stove, microwave, toaster, coffee machine, refrigerator, and all the necessary utensils and cookware to prepare delicious meals. The living room has a flat-screen TV with satellite channels, a comfortable sofa and an air condition. Outside, you can enjoy the beautiful views from the private terrace, which is furnished with a table and chairs for al fresco dining. There is also a barbecue grill available for guests to use. The house is located just 2km from the nearest beach (we advise "Rova" and "Porat" areas), where you can swim in the crystal-clear waters of the Adriatic Sea or soak up the sun on the pebble beaches. The center of Malinska is also nearby, where you can find a variety of restaurants, cafes and shops. Town of Krk is only a short 15 min drive with a car away.
