Casa Valla is a holiday home for 6 people located in Buzet, central Istria, at the foot of the Old Town of Buzet, surrounded by nature. The house is located in a secluded area and has no neighbour so you can enjoy your privacy. Beautiful view of the valley and the river Mirna spreads from the property. This 60 m2 big holiday home features an outside garden of 1.800 m2 and a fresh water swimming pool of 32 m2. The house is equipped with modern-rustic furnishings. It consists of 2 bedrooms with double beds, bathroom with a shower, living room and a kitchen. Kitchen comes fully equipped with a dishwasher, coffee machine, refrigerator with freezer, kitchen utensils, oven, toaster, kettle and an access to the garden. It also has an outdoor swimming pool, a covered terrace, a large outdoor fireplace with grill and an outside toilet. Free WIFI, air conditioning, free private parking and satellite TV are also available. Washing machine, safe, iron and ironing facilities are available free of charge. The greatest charm of this place is beautiful nature with pure and relaxing breathing air. A beautiful 7 waterfalls trail is located nearby, and there is also a trim track.

Buzet is situated in the very north of Istria near the border with Slovenia. Its historic core, dating from the Middle Ages lies on a hilltop above a fertile valley of the longest Istrian river – the Mirna. Today, Buzet is widely known as the 'City of Truffles' since the forests along the Mirna River are especially rich in this divine tuber. This part of Istria is well known for climbing in "Buzetski kanjon" and for the numerous hiking trails, one of the most famous ones is the trail of 7 waterfalls that sets of only 750 meters from Casa Valla. The Istrian thermal resort "Istarske toplice" is situated only 10 km from the property and is settled in the untouched nature outside the city where greenery, quiet and peace offer a particular atmosphere for the perfect repose. The smallest town in the world, Hum, is situated only 14 km from the property. Apart from being famous as the smallest town in the world, it has also been recently promoted as the Town of biska. Biska is mistletoe brandy whose original recipe comes from Hum.
