Welcome to our brand-new penthouse, just a short 10-minute drive from Dubrovnik Airport. If you seek a serene escape with magnificent views of Cavtat Bay, this spacious 3-bedroom apartment is your perfect choice. Away from the hustle and bustle of Dubrovnik, our penthouse offers peace and tranquility, all while being conveniently close to the vibrant heart of Cavtat.

Neighbourhood information

The apartment is based very close to the town center of Cavtat, walkable in 5 minutes to the sea, restaurants, supermarkets, butchers, and Cavtat's small market. The building itself is set back from the main road, in a quiet area with little traffic. The town centre itself is accessible via stone stairs or a hill walk. There are bus routes out of Cavtat to Dubrovnik and surrounding areas - plus plenty of car, bike and moped hire options. The harbor is also close by, so boat taxis and boat hire are easily available.
