Modern Villa Bura is located in a quiet and peaceful part of Privlaka. It offers perfect conditions for relaxation and intimate family time. Guests can enjoy a private swimming pool and a kid's playground. This villa has three bedrooms and is suitable for up to 8 people. It can accommodate 7 adults or 6 adults plus 2 kids. The entire property is fenced, which is particularly beneficial for families on vacation with children. It is surrounded by a green, village neighborhood.   The outdoor area consists of a garden with a kids' playground, a terrace with sun loungers, and a private heated swimming pool with a shower. Next to the pool, there is an additional space that has the function of a summer kitchen with a grill and dining area. This room is roofed and can be easily reached from the main ground floor area so it's a wonderful alternative for cooking and dining in the house even during rainy days. You can prepare and enjoy your meal or drink while keeping an eye on the children playing in the garden or bathing in the pool. For those who love fresh, healthy food, guests are welcome to pick seasonal vegetables straight from the garden — a true taste of the Mediterranean sun! In front of the villa, there are parking spaces available for guests. Please note: Only registered guests with a valid reservation are allowed to stay in Villa Bura. Surrounded by the royal town of Nin to the north east and the Island of Vir to the north west. The proximity and influence of Zadar make it one of the most attractive coastal centres in Zadar County. The Privlaka peninsula is seven kilometres long and four kilometres wide. Privlaka has a mild, Mediterranean climate with warm summers and mostly mild winters. The mistral wind blowing from the north makes summer days more pleasant and the heat more bearable. The bora, a typical winter wind blowing down from the mountain of Velebit, brings low, sometimes even sub-zero temperatures. The Privlaka region enjoys pleasant warm sunshine and sunny days, with over 2540 hours of sun a year. The sea temperature during the summer ranges from 25 to 27 degrees.
