For staying in our apartments you do not need any transportation, as it is everything you need, for an excellent entertainment and a pleasant holiday, very close to the apartment. In Downtown beach apartment, we offer our esteemed guests the possibility of advance booking of electric scooters, beach loungers etc.

Property information

The apartments are located, next to the sea, at the beautiful city beach, from where you have exceptional view to the old town of one of the most beautiful Istrian citys of UMAG. The apartments are brand new, built in 2018 in one of the newest buildings in the center of Umag. The apartments are in ground floor, above the average size, and accessed directly from the wonderful atrium of a multi-apartment building. Apartments are suitable for families with children, as well as for the elderly and those with limited mobility, since there is no need to step down to the staircase, from the beach to the shower in the apartment.

Neighbourhood information

Within a 5-minute walk are banks, post office, shops, markets, fish markets and a lot of other shops, bars, restaurants and pizzerias. We recommend using a tourist train that connects the entire Umag Riviera to all the hidden beaches. There are plenty of fun ways to spend your vacation in the city. Boat excursions, water sports, bicycle hire, gastronomic pleasures and also huge Istrian inns are available ...
