Most of the apartments have two aspects and two balconies, allowing residents to enjoy the beautiful scenery: depending on the choice of building it may be a fascinating view of the Lapad Bay, a picturesque view of the surrounding villas or relaxing scenery of the dense woods of Petka. Most of the apartments are connected to the underground garage by elevator and stairs. Its entrance is strictly controlled. The stone facades suggest interiors of exceptional quality and style which, just like the whole complex, are pervaded with Dalmatian tradition and modern design. A pleasant and interesting contrast between the white walls and the dark, thermally processed parquet flooring made of high quality oak, has been obtained in the spacious and airy living rooms and bedrooms giving them a particular charm and warmth.
