The modern new appartement Dutch Tulip is a part of a new build house and situated on the ground floor. Dutch Tulip is going to accommodate it’s first guests from June 2022. All home equipment, kitchen and furniture are completely new.
The apartment has one big living room with an extra sleeping place, open kitchen that enters a beautiful balcony situated on the on the southeastern side of the house. The sleeping room has a royal dubbele bed with a big wardrobe closet. The bathroom offers everything needed for the comfortable stay.
In front of the balcony there is a private parking place where your car can be parked.
Dutch Tulip is situated i one of the most beautiful parts of Medulin. 350 meters from the beach and 500 meters from the city riva where most of the city’s the restaurants and bars can be found. Medulin has one of the biggest sand beaches of the region. Pebble beaches are to be found in Medulin and surroundings as well. Medulin offers all perfect ingredients for relaxing holidays.
