Apartment with one double bedroom, living room, kitchen, bathroom with toilet and closet, accommodation for two persons with two extra beds. The apartment is located close to the football stadium of HNK Rijeka (Rujevica), the shopping center ZTC, the supermarket of Plodine and the fish and meat restaurant (Girica and Marun).
U blizini apartmana nalazi se supermarket Plodine (ul. Vukovarska 87), a u njegovom sklopu su trgovine raznom robom. U neposrednoj blizini (preko puta apartmana) je riblji restoran Girica (ul.Vukovarska 65A), a malo dalje riblji (i mesni) fast food Riba stan (ul.A.Barca b.b.). isto tako u blizini je pizzeria Roma (ul.Antuna Barca 7) te kafić Donatello (ul.Antuna Barca 10) . U neposrednoj blizini nalazi se i restoran Marun (ul. Vukovarska 110)- sa grill specijalitetima. Svi imaju dostavu za van. Zapadni trgovački centar (Zvonimirova ul.3) je trgovački centar na tri razine s garažom i brojnim trgovinama i restoranima. u blizini je i Interspar hipermarket (ul.Mario Gennari 18) te nogometni stadion NK Rijeka- Rujevica (Rujevica 10). Do kupališta na Kantridi i Stadiona Kantrida je cca 2,3 km. Do centra grada je cca 3,2 km. Objekt u kojem se nalazi apartman ima svoje parkiralište.
