Situated on a spacious 2,000m² plot, Villa Charlotta has an enchanting garden and courtyard divided into several zones for relaxation, socialising and sunbathing. The 80m² swimming pool is accessed by stairs and is ideal for refreshment and relaxation. The pool house has a small lounge with sofa, wardrobe and toilet. It has direct access to the pool and on the outside of the house there is an outdoor shower and a fridge to keep your drinks cool. You can enjoy a refreshing drink in one of the deckchairs by the pool or in the shade of the covered part of the garden, all overlooking the Mediterranean landscape. If you would like to prepare a meal in the aromatic air, you can do so on the large covered terrace in the summer kitchen with barbecue and seating for al fresco dining.
