If you want to go up to the penthouse, you don't have to struggle with us. There is an elevator that takes you directly to the ultra-modern keyless security door. When you enter the apartment, you will notice the high-quality parquet flooring. We have had this natural material custom-made in all rooms so that you feel comfortable. You won't even have cold feet in winter in the " FUX LUXURY rooftop terrace Jacuzzi & BBQ ", the underfloor heating is the perfect addition. In summer, air conditioning units cool you down everywhere. Facts: 75 sqm vacation apartment with free WiFi 130 sqm roof terrace with outdoor whirlpool (Jacuzzi), outdoor kitchen with gas barbecue, large dining table with chairs and sun loungers 2 bedrooms (air-conditioned) with comfortable box-spring beds, including smart TV, small stool and bed linen 1 bathroom with large shower, fresh towels, double washbasin, hairdryer and washing machine 1 living room (air-conditioned) with Smart TV, open plan fully equipped kitchen and dining area, side-by-side fridge provides you with cooling ice cubes, coffee machine, dishwasher, wine cooler 1 balcony with spiral staircase to the roof terrace 2 free private parking spaces
