Our house is located in Petrčane, a small and charming village on the coast, just 10 min drive from historical town Zadar. It is situated in a pine wood , some 70m from the beach .The center of the village with it's shops,coffee bars and restaurants is within10min. walk, and hotel Pinija with it's facilities even closer. The house has two floors connected with external stairs. There is possibility to rent the whole house and enjoy the stay on your own or take a separate apartment, since they are connected by external stairs.There are 2 parking places within the yard (which is not very big),but if it is not suitable, we provide you with a parking place nereby. It is completely fenced and only 1 minute walk will take you to the beach. It is suitable for people who like leisure and a good rest. If however you would like more fun and excitement you can reach several national parks very easy and Zadar is 15 km away. You have both apartments with a fenced yard. Free AC and wi-fi.
I'm happy when my guests are happy..
It is a nice quite family neighborhood practically on the beach. There is a bus station close(100m), taxi is available, there is a free parking for cars.
