The interiors are functionally equipped. On the 12,000 m² fenced plot, covered with Mediterranean plants, there is a large outdoor pool and a lawn with deck chairs. Facilities for young and old, such as swings and sandbox and a basketball court are available. There is also a fruit and vegetable garden with organically grown produce as well as a barbecue for the preparation of a variety of Mediterranean dishes. Also an ideal position to explore the cuisine in some of the local taverns. Nature lovers and active vacationers will enjoy 56 km of beautiful bike trails, then visit Krka National Park, archaeological sites and the second oldest hydroelectric power plant on earth, Jaruga, within the national park. There are also beautiful towns of Skradin and Sibenik, which attract with interesting sights.
