If boats aren't your thing, you can take a 10km drive to Karlovac which is full of life. In winter, you can visit the Christmas fair called "Advent u Karlovcu" and listen to live concerts, buy delicious food and just enjoy the spirit of Christmas. If you come by in summer, don't forget to stop by and see the amazing fireworks at the event of Ivanjski krijes, which is organized at the end of June. August has "Dani piva" waiting for you, so don't worry if you come during late summer. "Dani piva" offer you lots of beer, food, and good music from artists singing live. There are many other attractions, such as Aquatika - the first freshwater aquarium in Croatia featuring fish from all four rivers in Karlovac.
