Hedera Estate is a company established in 2007 in order to run the accommodation rental business in Dubrovnik more effectively, to set high standards in this branch and to offer our guests services they need to make their stay in Dubrovnik comfortable and enjoyable.

This gorgeous stone made house with a spacious private terrace and garden is ideally located in a quiet residential zone within a short walking distance to the Old Town. Restaurants, shops, beaches and many attractions are a few minutes walking distance from the property. The house spreads on 2 floors. The first floor consists of a fully equipped kitchen with a dining table for 6, two double bedrooms with one of the bedrooms having en suite private bathroom, one additional bathroom in the hall, a full bathroom and a extra toilet can be found down the hall. The inside staircase leads on to the second floor of the house opening to the large living room area with lounge seats for 8 and an additional sofa bed which can accommodate 2 extra guests. Left from the Living room is another bedroom with a double bed and full bathroom with shower by the Living room. All bedrooms and living room are offering partial sea view from the windows. The specious terrace in front of the house is surrounded by a garden and furnished with a dining table for 6 and the lounge area. It is completely surrounded by a stone wall to ensure privacy for the guests.

House Hedera V is located in residential part of Pile-Kono area, just a 7-10 minutes walk from historical Old Town. The nearest ATM, minimarket, bakery and café are 50 meters away. The beautiful Adriatic Sea and nearest beach are 300 meters from the house. The owner occupies the ground floor of the house, however the house has a separate entrance and private access to the property.
