One bedroom apartment is situated in a quiet and peaceful residential area of Split. The apartment is ideal for two guests, with a possibility of accommodating two additional guest on sofa in the dining - living room.There is also one small room for one child. The apartment offers air-condition, free WiFi , a SAT TV in dining area with a fully equipped kitchen ( refrigerator, dishwasher, electrical stove with the oven, microwave , toaster, cofee machine, kettle. The bathroom has a shower, washing machine and a hairdryer. It takes only five minutes walk to the beautiful stretch of pebble beaches, 5 minutes walk to the hill of Marjan with amazing view on the Split and islands of Brač, Hvar and Šolta, 10 minutes walk to the old historical center with Diocletian palace and Riva, Split's famous promenade packed with restaurants and bars. From the apartments takes 15 minutes walk to the ferry port and central bus station. The walk to the city centre takes you along the Split West Coast which is a seaside continuation of the Riva, a new promenade stretching for 2 kilometers. The Acy marina hosting luxurious yachts is just 5 minutes walking distance.

Just few minutes from the apartment there is the public transportation bus number 21 which takes you directly to Riva and the center of the town in just a couple of minutes. The central bus station and ferry port are at a distance of 1.5 km (15 minutes walk/5-10 minutes car/taxi drive). The Split Airport is located around 18 km away. We recommend taking the regular and affordable shuttle bus from the airport which takes around 45 minutes to get to the main bus station in the city center. In case you will be arriving by car, please note there is a free parking just in front of the building or private garage for one car ( additional payment)
