My name is Josip. Me and my wife Ivana are hosting this apartment. I am working as certified Electro engineer and my wife as Finance manager. We both love sea, sun and travel so are very excited to meet you in our new apartment.

Property information

Hi and welcome to my beautiful modern apartment with sea view just 1 minute walk from the sea and the beach! You will love it here because you have all: big terrace with rattan chairs and table where you can sit down drink coffee enjoy breakfast and look at the beautiful sea. You will have one big bedroom for sleeping and resting, living room with sofa bed and dining room with six chairs and round table. I would be more than happy to host you in my apartment near sea and with the sea view. Please book as soon as you can so you can enjoy with full pleasure and happiness :)

Neighbourhood information

Our apartment is situated in the beautiful 3 floor building on the 1 floor. Building is new and modern and our apartment has a big terrace with sea view. You will also have your private parking place, A/C, microwave, TV, toaster, fridge and all other necessities. Beach is 1 minute walk down the street, center is 10 minutes walk, and beach Babe is 10 minutes walk from the app. Beach Zrće is 7 km away from the app by car or bus (which drives every 15 minutes). Near app you have a store, bakery, bust stops and fruit market.
