Property information

Villa with private swimming pool is situated in Croatia in the core of Banjole resort. The seaside is only 10 minutes by feet and you are on the beach with crystal clear water. Not far from Pula airport - 15 minutes driving by car or taxi. Villa has a private plot surrounded by fence with beautiful garden and swimming pool. A garden view can be enjoyed from all rooms. The refreshing outdoor swimming pool is situated in the backyard. The owners live on the same property, they welcomes you in the house and answer all your questions. If you're searching for a quiet place both surrounded by nature and near the sea, that's the place for you! Villa consist of two apartments - one on the ground floor and second on the first floor and mansard. Each apartment consist of big living room, kitchen, two bed rooms, terrace, toilet and bathroom. On mansard there is additional room for kids. Villa is fully furnished and equipped: AC, bed and bath linen, crockery, cutlery, teapots, microwaves, refrigerators, toaster, washing machines, dishwasher, irons, hairdryer, TVs.

Neighbourhood information

Villa has been built in the center of Banjole resort, it is a nice village near the seaside with a lot of pine trees. Villa is situated in 250-500 meters from several beaches: pebble with sunshine and cosy beach near pine forest. Mini market & vegetables is situated just 700 meters from villa in Banjole (Čimulje 35). Bigger Konzum supermarket with fresh fish market is situated in 1.8 km in Banjole (Kamik 24). Also we would recommend very good Fish market in Medulin (Biškupije 99, Medulin). And very famous farmers market in Pula (Narodni trg 9, Pula) which situated in 9 km from villa. Pula is interesting city with a lot of historical landmarks. If you're interested in sport, you could visit sport club with tennis courts, volleyball and football fields about 7 minutes from villa (Glavica 11A). If you want to rent a bike, scooter, quad just visit Rex Rent at Aparthotel Del Mar - only 5 minutes from villa, also there is Boat rental & Boat Excursions Center there. If you want to rent a jet ski or a boat just visit Centinera beach - 15 minutes from villa by feet. Good water sports for children you can find only on Centinera beach.
