Opustite se u ovom ugodnom i lijepo uređenom smještaju na 2. katu zgrade u mirnom zagrebačkom kvartu. Stan se sastoji od ulaznog dijela, kupaonice s kadom i perilicom rublja, dnevnog boravka s blagovaonicom i balkonom te kuhinje. Samo okružje stana kao i zgrada s liftom pogodne su za osobe smanjene pokretljivosti. Blizina tramvaja i dućana, kafića, restorana, Arene i shopping centara, ali i rijeke Save i jezera Jarun i Bundek učinit će Vaš boravak ugodnim.
Blizina rotora znaci i blizinu tramvajske pruge. Također, na Remetinečkoj cesti nalaze se autobusne stanice. Besplatno parkiranje ispred zgrade i u okolnim ulicama.
