It is located on the edge of the village Orbani, 2.5 km from the picturesque town Sveti Lovrec where we find a shop, pizzeria, coffee bars, ATM and other facilities. The famous tourist town Porec is 16.5 km from Orbani away. The holiday home has a fully fenced yard of 500 sqm in which guests have at their disposal a swimming pool of 24 sqm with 4 deck chairs, a covered terrace with seating set and a summer kitchen with barbecue and dining table. Villa with pool with a capacity of 4 people of 100 sqm on two floors. It consists of a ground floor where we find an equipped kitchen with dining area, living room with SAT-TV and one separate toilet. On the first floor of the house there are two double rooms with double beds and a shared shower/toilet with access from both rooms. Please note this property does not accept youth groups or stag/hen parties. A youth group at this property is one comprised of individuals aged 26 or under. Do not book this property if you are a youth group or a stag/hen party, as your booking will be rejected post-booking, which may include on arrival at the property or during your stay and you will not be refunded.
