The agency was founded in 1993 with the aim of providing quality accommodation to travelers visiting Poreč and Istria. Over the years, the agency has developed a rich offer of private apartments, villas and holiday homes, becoming a recognizable and reliable partner in the tourism industry.

Property information

The newly renovated apartment house is located in Porec in the settlement (Stancija Vergotini), the house is two (2) kilometres away from the centre of Porec and the nearest beach. Poreč has been attracting guests from all over the world for decades with its cultural and historical sights and decoration, numerous sports and recreational facilities, and diverse gastronomic offer. The house has a total of five (5) apartments with capacity for six to eight (6-8) people. The house has at its disposal a large swimming pool, which is intended for the common use of all guests. Deck chairs, umbrellas, a trampoline with props for the youngest, outdoor seating, and a fireplace for preparing the finest barbecue are also available. Parking is provided within the house. All shared facilities are open everyday from 08:00 - 20:00 (swimming pool, BBQ and BBQ area).
