Our luxury 5 star villas are located in Seget Vranjica near Trogir. In total we have 2 villas, with 3 bedrooms and private pools. With a living space of 185 m2, each villa features 3 bedrooms furnished with double beds and en suite bathrooms. Two of them are located on the ground floor with master bedroom including jacuzzi on the first floor. There is a fold-out sofa in a living room that provides an extra sleeping arrangement for two children. In addition, we have a villa with 3 apartments and a swimming pool shared by these three apartments. Built to very high standards our villas offer breathtaking sea view, peace and serenity for your vacation. As the Villas Baotic are located near our Marina Baotić, for our Villas Baotić guests, who are going to use the services of the Marina Baotić, such as pizzeria, restaurant, gym (included) ... the transport from the Villas Baotić to the Marina Baotić and back is free of charge. The guests have the possibility to rent a car for the price of 30,00 EUR/per da
