Surrounded by magic, nestled into the copper Istrian hills, stands Villa Rustica. Warm wood and decor built from locally sourced, typical white Istrian stone, conjures up a modern and natural country house atmosphere in the living rooms and bedrooms. With its 200 m2, lying on 1000m2 of property, Villa Rustica can accommodate up to 11 people in 5 bedrooms. 2 bedrooms are located on the ground floor, equipped with King size beds and TVs, and 3 bedrooms on the upper floor from which you have a wonderful view of the surrounding hills, and a rooftop balcony to enjoy the sunset. There are 3 walk-in bathrooms, one on the ground floor and 2 on the upper floor, one of those being an en-suite belonging to the largest bedroom. On the ground floor there is a fully equipped kitchen and dining room, and a luxuriously decorated living room, perfect for evening gatherings. All rooms have air conditioning as well as heating, and the common living space flaunts a huge indoor fireplace, handmade with local stone which keeps the room cozy even in the most gruelling temperatures. The living room includes a surround-sound TV system, including SAT-TV and AppleTV, for netflix lovers.
