Our beautiful buildingt is located in a residential area, just a few minutes of walk away from the vibrant Kvaternik Square, the famous Maksimir Stadium, public transportation stations, city parks and major city hospitals and clinics. The building comes with 17 apartments in total located on 5 stories. Each one of them besides two rooms are equipped with either fully equipped kitchen or kitchenettes and the breakdown of amenities is specified under each bookable option. We also provide local coffee, Nescafe and a great variety of local tea! All bathrooms are modern and come with a shower, fresh towels and quality toiletries. The apartment building is equipped with a self check in technology, so you do not need to worry if you arrive late at night or if you prefer contactless check in :) The cable TV offers you a variety of local and international channels, and we also provide a wide selection of domestic and international magazines and newspapers!

Our building is located in a new and modern building in a beautiful residential area of Petrova Street, just a few minutes of walk away from the vibrant Kvaternik Square, the famous Maksimir Stadium, public transportation stations, city parks and major city hospitals and clinics. The Maksimir Park and the Zagreb ZOO are located only 15 minutes away from the bulding! The combination of residential coziness and proximity to the city center offer the perfect spot for exploring life in Zagreb, right from the building location. The building has a paid parking yard, too, as well as street parking options so you do not have to worry about your vehicle.
