Villa Fisola is an amazing newly built property situated in the peaceful village of Svirče on the beautiful island of Hvar. With three elegantly furnished bedrooms, each equipped with its own en-suite bathroom, the villa comfortably accommodates up to six adults and two children. The interior of your pet friendly villa spreads over 2 levels and has a wonderful roof terrace which overlooks the sea, green hills surrounding the village and their vineyards. The upper floor consists of three spacious and bright bedrooms, each with their own en-suite bathrooms, ensuring privacy and comfort for every guest. On the lower level, you'll find a charming, rustic-style living and dining area, another large bathroom, and a modern fully equipped open-plan kitchen. From there, you have direct access to the lovely garden, where your private infinity pool awaits, along with a terrace furnished with a lounge set, plenty of deckchairs for soaking in the sun, barbecue facilities, and a wonderful outdoor dining area with a view. - A damage deposit of 400 EUR is required on check-in date. The amount will be returned upon inspection of the property on check-out date. - Maximum of 1 well behaved pet is welcome with prior notice, free of charge. - The swimming pool is open from 1st of May until 1st of November.
