Welcome to Apartments Negro, where every moment becomes a memorable experience, and feel right at home.
We are a family of Argentine origin. My father was born in Buenos Aires, where he spent part of his life working. Due to his heritage, which connects both Argentina and Croatia, the locals in Novalja gave him the nickname "Negro." Although he is no longer with us, in his honor, as his son, I have renovated his old house, bringing it modernity, comfort, and the warmth of a home, right in the heart of Novalja. As a tribute to him, I named my apartments "NEGRO APARTMENTS."
Our house is located in the old town, right in the center of Novalja, in a prime location close to all essential amenities — the beach, promenade, markets, restaurants, and popular attractions, including the famous Zrće Beach. Thanks to its central location, free public parking is available around the house (reservation is not possible). Additionally, a private parking area is available approximately 300 meters from the property.
