Brand new 4 bedroom house surrounded by nature, with 2 bathrooms, balcony with a stunning view, fully equipped kitchen, gym in the large sunroom, and private parking. House is located in a quiet neighborhood, surrounded by mountains, only 300 meters from the sea. You are also a 10 minutes uber/taxi ride to the Dubrovnik Old Town. As locals to Dubrovnik, we offer Concierge services without fees to local islands, neighboring countries, and any other local attractions you may be interested in.

Neighbourhood information

The location is unique because you are surrounded by lush green mountains and a beautiful bay where you can watch the sailboats go by. In a quiet neighborhood, you will have tranquility throughout the holiday, and just a few minute's walking distance you can find grocery stores, restaurants, coffee shops, local beaches, and docking areas for day trip boat rides to surrounding islands. About 500 meters walking distance along the sea you can find a futsal court, basketball court, water polo court, children's park, and a biking path. Dubrovnik Old Town is a quick 10-minute drive by uber/taxi or 20 minutes using the local bus and the nearest bus stop is down the street from the house.
