In the tourist village ,on the island of Krk, near the beach and tourist attractions, but in a quiet area overlooking the sea is situated this newly built villa. The villa has an area of ​​234 m2, 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms and can accommodate a total of 8 people. On the ground floor of the villa there is a fully equipped kitchen (coffee maker, fridge, toaster, microwave, oven), dining room, living room, room, bathroom and toilet. On the first floor there are two rooms, two bathrooms, a utility room and a balcony where you can enjoy your first morning coffee. On the second floor of the villa there is a children's corner, table tennis, exercise equipment, toilet and shower. All rooms at the villa are air-conditioned and offer free Wi-Fi. The yard is fully fenced and has 2 parking spaces. Near the pool (45 m2) there are comfortable deck chairs, shower, sitting and barbecue where you can enjoy evening gatherings with family and friends.
