If you are looking for a different type of vacation, the Old Fisherman's House is your perfect choice! The house consists of two apartments, and it is possible to rent the entire house, as well as each apartment separately. Apartment Sonja will delight you with its beauty, and it offers accommodation for six people in total. Located on the uninhabited, southern side of the enchanting island of Pašman, this house will offer you complete peace and harmony with nature! On the ground floor is the kitchen, equipped with a refrigerator with a freezer compartment, and a gas stove (no oven). The bathroom with shower and hot water is on the first floor, as are the bedrooms. An additional toilet is located on the ground floor. The 220V electricity is solar-powered, but it is not possible to use household and other electrical appliances that do not belong to the equipment of the house, except for battery chargers. Running hot water is installed in the kitchen and bathroom with shower. Water and electricity should be used sparingly here. Fresh water stays in the tank during the summer at high temperatures - if you want to use it for drinking, it is necessary to boil it first. Most guests decide to buy bottled drinking water. The object can be reached by car, on a Macadam road, which is in great condition but requires careful driving. Crucial note: You will be renting one apartment (Apartment Sonja) in a semi-detached house when you book this ad!

The house is located in an uninhabited part of the island of Pašman, there are no shops, restaurants or bars nearby. The nearest settlement is about twenty minutes away by car. As beautiful as nature can be, you must be aware that the house is located in an uninhabited part of the island and is surrounded by untouched nature, which means that you will not be quarantined like in an apartment in the city - be prepared to see small lizards, ants, bees, mosquitoes, spiders, insects because they are also inhabitants of the island. None of them are poisonous, but they can be annoying or scary to some.
