Property information

The property is a rustic villa in an olive grove, facing a bird sanctuary. Ideal for nature lovers and with its Immediate access to biking trails it is also well-suited for cycling enthusiasts. Only a 10-minute bike ride separates the property from nearby beaches. The villa is built with a sustainable design (fully operated by solar power). Its architecture respects the local traditions of building in stone while at the same time, it incorporates some contemporary elements. Built with materials and colors of the local landscape (hardwood floors, travertine stone, solid wood furniture) the villa blends with the breathtaking views of the surrounding nature, sea, and nearby islands. The villa provides cleaning on demand (for additional cost) and a supply of fresh linens and towels on request (included in the total charge).
