The apartment is in an old building from the early 1900. It is located on the second floor and there isn't a lift. But In my opinion is not that high to walk. Plus Im there to helf you at your check in with luggage or parking. Apartment alone is renoveted and is extremely quiet, open space concept with plenty of daylight. Private parking is in front of the building with a ramp. After the earthquake on 22.03.2020. the building wans't damaged, and it recieved a green sticker on front to prove it.

Hi, my name is Dario and I'm a owner and host of Pavisha's place. I work in the advertising agency after finishing collage of economics here in Zagreb. My hobbies are music, food, travel and basicly enjoying life. It's been my please and privilage to host all those beautiful people around the world. Recently I've finished a course for offical toursit guide of ZAGREB and Zagreb county. So if you wan't i can provide that service as well. Hope to see you soon.

In the close area of apartment there are 3 bautiful parks. On park Zrinjevac there are lot of festivals regarding food, Croatian customs, music - and plenty more. For advent it ist one of the main attractions. On Tomislav park (cca 200 m away) every advent that park has the biggest outdoor ice skiing attraction. 150 m from my apartment direction west - there is Preradovićeva street - which has two rock bars/night clubs. Go further north, and you'll came across on teh corner with Teslina ulica - an urban fish restaurant " Ribice i tri točkice". Further north - Cvijetni square - plenty of bars, shops, night clubs. Everything under 5 minutes walk. Not to mention main square - Ban Jelačić, which is 2 minutes walk towards - north/east.
