Moderni i novo uređeni apartmani Residence Family Plazina - Place#1 & Place#2 nalaze se u Petrčanima kraj Zadra. Apartman - Penthouse Place#2 nalazi se na drugom katu objekta i sadrži dvije spavaće sobe (uz kauč na razvlačenje) za do 6 osoba sa predivnom terasom sa koje pogled seže prema moru i centru mjesta i kao stvoren je za Vaš odmor. Apartman Place #1 sadrži jednu sobu i sa kaučom na razvlačenje može ugostiti do 4 osobe. S prekrasne terase pogled seže na more i otoke, centar mjesta i prekrasnu planinu Velebit. Svi apartmani su klimatizirani, te je WI-FI besplatan. Plaža je udaljena 5 minuta hoda te je sve nadohvat ruke (dućan, centar mjesta, kafići, restorani, vinograd s vinarijom i restoranom, dječje igralište, tenis tereni i slično). U dvorištu smještaja se nalazi prostor za druženje s kaminom. Besplatno privatno parkiralište. Boravak kućnih ljubimaca je dozvoljen uz nadoplatu.
Objekt se nalazi u mirnoj ulici u blizini kraljevskih vinograda i tri minute pješke od lučice i hotela Petrčane.
