Luksuzno opremljen stan. Kupaonica ima saunu,walk-in tuš,perilicu i sušilicu rublja. U kuhinji na raspolaganju indukcijska ploča,pećnica,perilica suđa, mikrovalna, frižider sa zamrzivačem. Prostrani dnevni boravak s korištenjem interneta i ravnim TV ekranom. Dvije komotne sobe ugodne za boravak. Stan je u potpunosti renoviran i opremljen cjelokupno novim i nekorištenim sadržajima. Zgrada je uredna i čista,a stan se nalazi u visokom prizemlju. U apartman se ulazi beskontaktno, pomoću koda za ulazak.
Veseli me svaki gost koji je prepoznao trud koji smo uložili u naš objekt, a sve s ciljem da se osjećate kod nas cijenjeno i ugodno.
Apartman je vrlo blizu centru grada Rijeke,u mirnoj četvrti. Apartman UrbanSPA nalazi se 600 m od Pomorskog i povijesnog muzeja; 1,1 km od Hrvatskog narodnog kazališta Ivan pl Zajc; 1,5 km od Trsatske gradine. Autobusni i željeznički kolodvor udaljeni su 500 m;zračna luka Rijeka udaljena je 16 km.
